Feeling a little bit jumpy? So am I!
In this video, we are going to jump, jump, jump…and then jump some more. Plus a few hops sprinkled in.
A great vinyasa sequence to help you refine your jumps into handstands and arm balances. Remember that you can always practice in front of a wall if you are afraid you might fall.
More than anything, jumping requires you to be brave…and be smart…and be strong. Actually, it requires all sorts of stuff. Including lots of patience.
Remember that if you can’t everything today, it’s a great reason to come back tomorrow. Enjoy!
