Shoulders…get ready for a treat! Or a challenge. Or a challenging treat…really depends on how you look at it.
In this full-length vinyasa flow, we warm up the shoulders (I mean really heat them up) to prepare for Pincha Mayurasana, Forearm Balance.
Remember that you can always do your inversions in front of a wall if it makes you feel safer. Just as long as you do them.
