Better to be crow than eat crow, I always say.
And here’s your chance.
A crow-y flow that builds upon bakasana into various transitions, building arm, shoulder and, of course, core strength and control in the process.
A fair smattering of standing poses, backbends, hip openers and stretches (plus a few handstands and inversions for good measure) round things out for a sweet and comprehensive practice.
